LINUS HyperMixer – High-Performance Mixing System

Working principle

-LINUS is a mixer with a special helical shape consisting of 12 blades, suitable for the function of stirring to prevent sedimentation of the bottom of the tank or increase the ability to dissolve oxygen in water.
-LINUS is controlled with low speed depending on the function or design to ensure the highest efficiency.
-When operating, LINUS can form convection currents from the top and spread out all over the bottom area of the  tank.

Advantage of the product
-The optimized design to maintain a convection current in a certain trajectory that creates the slide of water velocities on the bottom of the tank.
-With the combination of dissolution of oxygen in water, LINUS increases the duration and distance of air in water in order to increase the oxygen solubility in water by 1.2 - 1.5 times.
-LINUS has an optimized geometrically design to create maximum Torque to lowest energy consumption (< 2w/m3) compared to similar functional devices.

-> A belt filter press can process between 5 to 50 cubic meters of sludge per day, depending on sludge concentration, belt width, and machine capacity. Proper conditioning and polymer dosing improve dehydration efficiency
