STATIC MIXER

DAI HUNG has research and develop of mixing products based on the principle of using the excess energy of the equipment in the previous operation to create useful energy for the next process flexibly and suitable for each application condition.

Principle:

  • Using kinetic energy of liquid to mix with another liquid to form the homogenous mixture;
  • Depending on the kinetic energy of the fluid flow, many products are compatible designed to consume excess energy completely.

Advantage:

  • Both Coagulation, pH adjusted and Flocculation in one unit; 
  • Requires less space than conventional reaction tanks; 
  • Energy efficiency, no additional energy input required (three agitators pH adjustment, coagulation and flocculation); 
  • Less or no maintenance; No moving parts;
