Sludge scrapers for sedimentation tanks of all types are very important parts of determining treatment efficiency and operating chemical costs. Therefore, the supplier must have experience in Design – Processing –  Operation of the system to identify and overcome product defects during operation.

PERIPHERAL DRIVE SCRAPER
Operation principle:
  • The scraper is fixed at one end at the tank center, the other end is installed with a motor moving in a circular path;
  • The motor speed is calculated appropriately to ensure that it does not affect the settling process;
  • The bottom scraper is installed flexibly to correct for changes or errors in geometry during construction;
  • Depending on the type of industry and the nature of the settled sludge, a skimmer is installed to remove the floating part of the sludge that is difficult to settle or cannot settle;
  • The bridge is designed to ensure convenience in maintenance - replacement.
Application:
Circular or square tank with diameter below 16 m.


DIAMETRAL PERIPHERAL DRIVE SCRAPER
Operation principle:
  • The center of the scraper is fixed at the center of the tank, with motors installed in the both side of the bridge that moves in a circular path;
  • The motor speed is calculated appropriately to ensure that it does not affect the settling process;
  • The bottom scraper is installed flexibly to correct for changes or errors in geometry during construction;
  • Depending on the type of industry and the nature of the settled sludge, a skimmer is installed to remove the floating part of the sludge that is difficult to settle or cannot settle;
  • The bridge is designed to ensure convenience in maintenance - replacement.
Application:
Circular or square tank with diameter above 14 m.


SCRAPER WITH CENTRAL DRIVE
Operation principle:
  • The scraper is established a unified system including: central pipe, central pillar, bottom scraper, skimmer and the fixed motor at the center of the bridge.
  • The motor operates through the central pillar, rotating two symmetrical scraper at the bottom of the tank.
  • The motor speed is calculated appropriately to ensure that it does not affect the settling process;
  • The bottom scraper is installed flexibly to correct for changes or errors in geometry during construction;
  • Depending on the type of industry and the nature of the settled sludge, a skimmer is installed to remove the floating part of the sludge that is difficult to settle or cannot settle;
  • The bridge is designed to ensure convenience in maintenance - replacement.

BACKWARD AND FORWARD SCRAPER
Operation principle:
  • The scraper is set up in a unified system including: 2-way moving drive bridge, 2-way moving up-down scraper, fixed motor and control cabinet on the bridge.
  • The bridge moves on the tank wall according to the rails and is controlled by the sensors to detect collisions and change the direction;
  • The motor speed is calculated appropriately to ensure that it does not affect the settling process;
  • The scraper is control its up-down movement by sensor to change the direction
  • The bridge is designed to ensure convenience in maintenance - replacement.
