DISSOLVED AIR FLOTATION SYSTEM - DAF
is designed and applied to separate soluble and insoluble solid, grease-oil, insoluble compounds in wastewater by the principle of air flotaiton

The process takes place as follows:
-Inserting air bubbles with small size into wastewater;
-Air bubbles binding with insoluble compounds in the wastewater to form homogeneous blocks of Flocs – Bubbles;
-The amount of adhesive air bubbles ascending over time until the homogeneous blocks of Flocs – Bubbles having smaller proportion than water and floating on the surface;
-Flocs – Bubbles blocks floating to the surface with gradually increase speed and forming floating scum layers;
-The floating scum layers are collected by the skimmer

 
Dimension of air buibble plays an important role in the treatment effiency of the air flotation system. GreenWorld is able to create bubbles with nano size
