G.IIA – ANAEROBIC TREATMENT SOLUTION

G.IIA – ANAEROBIC TREATMENT SOLUTION

The G.IIA technology is a high-strength anaerobic biological treatment system developed by GreenWorld.
It is based on conventional anaerobic microbiological processes, optimized through controlled recirculation and pH regulation to achieve a maximum Organic Loading Rate (OLR) exceeding 20 kgCOD/m³·day.

The system is specifically designed for highly polluted industrial wastewater, where conventional biological treatment methods are inefficient or unstable.

Q&A

-> An industrial exhaust fan is designed to remove air, heat, and fumes from a workspace, while a centrifugal fan uses centrifugal force to move air efficiently through ducts or systems. Centrifugal fans are commonly used in dust collection and ventilation systems requiring high pressur

-> A cyclone dust collector primarily separates larger dust particles using centrifugal force. It is not effective for fine particles like PM2.5. To remove PM2.5 efficiently, a bag filter or electrostatic precipitator should be used after the cyclone stage

-> A gas scrubber is typically used to treat acidic or chemical exhaust gases such as SO₂, HCl, NH₃, and VOCs. Depending on the scrubbing solution and design, it can also capture particulates and neutralize harmful emissions from industrial processes

-> An industrial mixer is suitable for surface or tank-level mixing in chemical or wastewater treatment systems, while a submersible mixer is ideal for continuous agitation in deep tanks or equalization basins to prevent sedimentation

-> A high-quality submersible mixer typically lasts between 5 to 10 years, depending on material quality, operating conditions, and maintenance frequency. Using stainless steel materials and regular servicing can extend the mixer’s lifetime

-> A belt filter press can process between 5 to 50 cubic meters of sludge per day, depending on sludge concentration, belt width, and machine capacity. Proper conditioning and polymer dosing improve dehydration efficiency

-> Yes, a DAF system is highly effective in separating oil, grease, and suspended solids from food-processing wastewater. By injecting microbubbles, it floats contaminants to the surface for removal, improving overall treatment efficiency
