PACKAGE CYCLONE Cyclone technology for pollution control is a method that uses centrifugal force to separate heavy dust particles from a gas mixture as the gas stream moves in a circular path along the cyclone's wall. The clean gas stream is drawn out through the central tube, while the dust particles collide with the wall and fall to the bottom.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE Cyclone Method involve 2 methods: - Wet Cyclone: Separates dust particles (often sticky or fine) from a polluted gas mixture using a liquid (usually water). - Dry Cyclone: Separates dry dust particles from a polluted gas mixture using only centrifugal force.
Vortex Generation Pressure: A high-pressure exhaust fan and a pressure regulating valve system combined with a humidnity-increasing pump Material: Anti-rust epoxy-coated steel
-> An industrial exhaust fan is designed to remove air, heat, and fumes from a workspace, while a centrifugal fan uses centrifugal force to move air efficiently through ducts or systems. Centrifugal fans are commonly used in dust collection and ventilation systems requiring high pressur
-> A gas scrubber is typically used to treat acidic or chemical exhaust gases such as SO₂, HCl, NH₃, and VOCs. Depending on the scrubbing solution and design, it can also capture particulates and neutralize harmful emissions from industrial processes
-> An industrial mixer is suitable for surface or tank-level mixing in chemical or wastewater treatment systems, while a submersible mixer is ideal for continuous agitation in deep tanks or equalization basins to prevent sedimentation
-> A high-quality submersible mixer typically lasts between 5 to 10 years, depending on material quality, operating conditions, and maintenance frequency. Using stainless steel materials and regular servicing can extend the mixer’s lifetime
-> A belt filter press can process between 5 to 50 cubic meters of sludge per day, depending on sludge concentration, belt width, and machine capacity. Proper conditioning and polymer dosing improve dehydration efficiency
